This Privacy Policy explains how Rodger (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, dashboard and WhatsApp assistant. Rodger is delivered with Tronix Incorporation (Private) Limited.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: phone number, username, account type (tenant/landlord), optional referral source and affiliate details.
• Tenant preferences: preferred locations, rent range, house type and amenities.
• Listings: property details and images uploaded by landlords.
• Payments: subscription-related fields such as email, EcoCash number and payment status (processed via Paynow; we do not store full card numbers).
• Messages: inquiries between tenants and landlords, and messages sent via the contact form.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example request timestamps).

2. How we use information

• To create and authenticate your account (including one-time codes via WhatsApp)
• To match tenants with listings and enable landlord–tenant inquiries
• To process EcoCash subscriptions and show subscription status
• To operate the affiliate programme
• To respond to support and contact-form requests
• To improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run Rodger: for example, landlords see inquiry content you send about their listings; payment processors receive data required to complete EcoCash transactions; WhatsApp delivery relies on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure when you use that channel. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to legitimate retention needs.

5. Security

We use access controls, authenticated APIs and server-side handling of secrets. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please use a trusted device and keep OTP codes private.

6. Your choices

• Update profile and preferences in the dashboard
• Contact us to correct or delete data where applicable
• Stop using WhatsApp or web channels at any time
