These Terms govern your use of Rodger’s website, dashboard and WhatsApp assistant. By creating an account or using Rodger, you agree to these Terms. Rodger is delivered with Tronix Incorporation (Private) Limited.

1. The service

Rodger helps tenants search for accommodation and landlords list properties in Zimbabwe. Features include preferences, listings, inquiries, EcoCash subscriptions for search access, and an optional affiliate programme. Availability of WhatsApp features depends on network and messaging platform status.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and a phone number you control.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Account types are tenant or landlord; affiliates are an optional overlay.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.

3. Listings and inquiries

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of listing details and images. Tenants should verify properties independently before paying deposits or signing leases. Rodger is a discovery and messaging platform — it is not a party to rental agreements between users unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Tenants may browse photos, city-level area and amenities without payment. Viewing the exact address and contacting landlords requires an active monthly EcoCash subscription. The fee is set by administrators and shown in the product. Payments are processed through third-party providers; activation and refunds (if any) follow their rules and our support policies.

5. Affiliates

Affiliates earn points according to programme rules when referred users register with a valid code. We may change or discontinue the affiliate programme. Points are not cash unless we expressly convert them under published rules.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or harassing content
• No scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing access controls
• No uploading malware or infringing media
• No impersonation of other people or organisations

7. Intellectual property

Rodger branding, software and site content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload (such as listing photos) and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful rentals, or the conduct of other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Rodger.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
